"First time we went there the food was amazing, enough to get us to come back. We went back again and my mashed potato and chicken bowl looked like it was a week old. I wish I would have taken a picture for this review. We go out almost nightly to other restaurants in the area so they lost a lifetime customer."

"Since my wife’s yelp review won’t post and show up we will go ahead and post it on google instead…our yelp review stated “ Came in for our usual Thursday night at the bar, and found a bartender there who wasn't Morgan. We have been customers there because of Morgan, first when she was serving and when she moved to bartender we also moved from the tables to sitting at the bar. She went above and beyond for everyone at the bar, even nights when it was busy and server tickets coming in like crazy she NEVER neglected a single customer at the bar. Always had conversations with everyone, never made any one feel unimportant. She worked hard, we saw her there more than anyone else, school full time and even when she was tired she still worked her butt off. With that being said, our visit wasn't even remotely close to that kind of experience, our bartender was short, rude, didn't go above and beyond and seemed irritated when we needed something. Morgan always seemed to know what we wanted before we even asked for it. Changing the TVs was a big deal Thursday night, we finally said forget it. She wasn't friendly, not even close! To be honest when we saw her through the window as we walked in we thought about going somewhere else. Finding out Morgan no longer works at your establishment is very upsetting, because let's be honest people don't come here for the food. The amazing customer service few of your staff have is what we came for. And Morgan was one of the best bartenders we've ever had. Seeing someone who's not friendly, has awful customer service skills and isn't the slightest bit welcoming is a real bummer! Thursday night went from 5 stars to 1 star, that bartender can't make up for the barely ok food, and awful atmosphere. And without Morgan, Fat Willy's will no longer be our Thursday night place, we really only went every week because of Morgan and how amazing her service was. Don't want to continue to go somewhere with mediocre food and 1 star service, not enjoyable when the person waiting on you acts like you're putting them out, seems irritated and isn't very friendly to begin with. You guys let an outstanding person go, such a total bummer!” So sorry to new customers wanting to give this place a try, because you won’t get to experience an absolutely wonderful hardworking girl, her attitude and welcoming demeanor is what made up for the lame food. She would have made you feel like the most important customer in the room every time!! And we aren’t the only people who feel this way!!!"

"I have given this place more than enough chances to win me over, and granted there have been a few visits that were only worth it because of how amazing two of the bartenders they have on staff. But seeing how this place is ran, is so bad it has to be a joke! I've never talked to a manager but even worse I've NEVER seen a manager anytime I've come in. Even the times I have had complaints about my food, the bartender takes the food away, goes into the kitchen, comes back with some sort of excuse for the kitchen, and when the food is remade they bring it back out. Never once does a manager come out and speak to you, you're lucky if the food is taken off the ticket or even discounted. I've sat at the bar multiple times and watched the same process happen with multiple guest over and over, never once seeing the manager come out. I've sat at the bar and watched the bartender take back plate after plate after plate. And no manger comes out, even after all of that food going back to the kitchen to be remade. And little to all of our surprise the "manager" is sitting at a table on his phone, watching the bartender or server walk over to speak with him, and never seeing him get up or look up from his phone. Its crazy to me coming into a place multiple times and never seeing a manger interact with the customers. Never greets them at the door, touches their tables..NOTHING! Myself, having complained multiple times, on my MULTIPLE CHANCES at this place, never once speaking to the manager is one of the many reasons I've given this place my last chance. Having a "manager" in the building who doesn't speak with happy guest and definitely NOT the unhappy guests is embarrassing. I feel for the bartenders and servers who have to deal with those unhappy guests on their own. Having a "manager" who doesn't do their best to fix whatever has made guests unhappy is without a doubt poor management, and awful customer service. Even when there isn't a problem customers like when a manager comes around and makes sure everything is going well. Nothing upsets a customer, like me (and many others) more, when we have already had a poor experience and a manager didn't care enough to speak with us and offer ways to make our visit better and then we look over and see the "manager" sitting at a table on their phone our whole entire visit. And I'm sure 75% (and I'm sure its more) of the guests don't even know who the "manager" is, because I didn't until he was pointed out to me after asking where the "manager" was. It shouldn't take us asking to speak with a "manager" for one to come out (which I'm sure rarely happens even when asked), if we've sent food back or complained a manager should be coming out on their own. I've been in multiple times, mostly because I enjoy the customer service from a couple of your bartenders, and I've never seen this "manager" speak to a single guest, greet a single guest, ask a single guest how their visit or food was...NOTHING...and after my last poor visit, if the manager doesn't care enough to check in with an unhappy guest I don't really care to give this place anymore chances or another dollar of my hard earned money."

"Great place to watch a football game. Had all the NFL games on and listed under each TV which game will be shown. Awesome Bloody Mary! This place is always clean too."

"This was a fantastic stop today! I was having an oil change done and we stopped by to check out the place, Morgan our server was AWESOME! She was on top of our care, offered my son a "custom" strawberry lemonade, brought extra sides of sauce to try for our wings. The wings and onion rings were delicious. Found out they serve breakfast on Saturday & Sunday mornings, guess the biscuits and gravy are to die for. The inside is beautiful, the food delicious, and service amazing! We will be back for sure!"
