"I mean the service was fine, and I’m not sure if it’s only this location but I paid $11 for a medium fry and large shamrock shake and had to stop at Circle K to get a straw to drink the shake. Not because they forgot the straw but the plastic straw is so thin it folds before it allows anything to pass through it."

"Why is the drive up so slow? Every time I visit, I order a common or feature item and we get shunted off to the wait area or th second window. Then wait for the food to get walked out."

"We don’t usually order fast food but we were hungry and thought we would check out the new McDonald’s that just opened near our house. We ordered a filet o fish meal, a quarter pounder with only ketchup and onions and a 10 piece nugget. I was surprised that it was $30! Regardless, once we got home we saw that there were no fries in the bag. My boyfriend took the receipt back, waited for someone to acknowledge him, showed them the receipt and was told we didn’t order a combo meal. We had our medium coke though. He was told he ordered a filet o fish and a coke even though the order was repeated back twice to us: “filet o fish meal”. The employee had to get his manager. While he was waiting, another employee walked out and yelled across the restaurant that they had to use the bathroom and they wouldn’t be able to take orders. My boyfriend eventually got a very small portion of french fries. When he got home to finally eat his burger, it had pickles on it with a large label attached to the box that said No Pickles No Mustard. Our society is doomed. P.S. the nuggets were barely warm"

"Went there this evening. Cold fries. Ordered an M&M McFlurry they gave me a cup of vanilla ice cream with M&Ms on top. Not mixed in. They were so lazy they didn’t even give the right McFlurry spoon that mixes everything together, just a normal black spoon. Spend close to $20 and you get subpar food. Save your money and go to ModPizza across the street out chipotle. This place is locally owned. If the owner doesn’t fix up things in house it’ll only go downhill from here."

"20 min waiting in drive though. Paid went to first window was given a sweet tea I ordered un sweet. Was told to go to second window and wait. I watch as atleast 5 cars behind me got food. After about 15 minutes of waiting someone finally opened the window, asked again what I ordered, then handed me a bag with cold frys cold burger...."
