"Burgers are big and a mouthful of juicy taste. I ordered the Philly cheese steak. I could only eat half. It is full of meat with mushrooms and onions. It was lacking taste in the meat. Not enough zest in the meat. The bread is soft. Wings were excellent . Be ready to pull your wallet out. It is pricey."
"Came in to grab a few drinks and food with friends. The chicken sandwich was pretty solid, and the service was great. Our server bean was nice, and was attentive and one of the best servers we have had by far coming here!!!!"
"We used to go to Craft Republic, now called Champps. They have a new menu, and I used to love the Voodoo Burger, so I thought I'd give the South of the border burger a try. I will start by saying, the waffle fries are nothing to write home about, sort of salty and rubbery. But the burger itself, I was quite fond of. Nice size, good bun, it didn't get soggy. The meat was quality, seasoned nicely. The pepper jack cheese, queso, big sliced jalapenos, tortilla strips, tomato, lettuce and guacamole were the perfect combination. This was a near perfect burger for me. Now, on to the staff. I recommend taking your order to go. They are severely rude and unfriendly, very unprofessional. The sad thing is, the place has a lot of potential to be fun. Good atmosphere, t.v.s for sports, great patio, but the staff ruin it every time. I will come back because the burger is worth it, but my advice, hire a whole new staff and give them customer service training."
"Every single server looks like they were forced to come to work today and are absolutely miserable. Not a single smile or “you’re welcome” just straight rudeness. Food is cold and disappointing. The place isn’t busy at all and we had to ask for extra sauce FOUR times before the server finally got it, so the already cold mozzarella sticks were like ice at that point. If you change the name of a business in hopes for it to be better you should also make sure the staff and food goes along with it. In a group of 11 people everyone said that they’ve never had such TERRIBLE service before."
"We had a habit of stopping at “Craft Republic” every couple of weeks on Sundays to watch games and eat. Champps bought out Craft. The menus are similar but the taste is not. Used to love the “Voodoo Burger” and tried the Southwest Burger (which is the similar burger) and it lacked taste. The buns were burned, the waffle fries were like cardboard. My son liked the boneless wings but otherwise we were not impressed by the food. The atmosphere is the same and the wait staff was friendly. We love the atmosphere so will come again to see if it was just a fluke. Hopefully next time will be more enjoyable. I will update this review next visit."
