"I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to say your employee “Santi” is the most respectful and nice McDonald’s employee I’ve came across in a while. He made me happy to see that there’s still great people in this world. He needs a raise to say the least. Give your best employees a reason to stay. "These people workers employees what ever , are the slowest working people ever. Just for a cup of coffee wait is up to 7-10 minutes.They ignore people in front even though no one is in the drive thru . Any other McDonalds is better then the one on central and southern Ave."
"Just took the family to this McDonald's, and I have to say, unfortunately, it was the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. It took 35 minutes in the drive-thru to get my food order. Then, when we received our food, our order was wrong just adding to our bad experience. They gave us soft drinks instead of the milk we ordered. The person working the drive-thru did not care and did not offer or switch. To top it off when we asked for some ketchup i was told "we dont have any" not sure if its an Arizona rule or just this location but I have nerver heard of a McDonald's not having ketchup. Maybe I just happen to go to this McDonald's on a bad day but in reading the reviews unfortunately it's just a bad McDonald's."
"Went through the drive thru to order just a single sausage mcmuffin with cheese. They gave me the meal instead. Ok fine whatever... Not that big of deal. But when I finally went to go eat my food, the mcmuffin had MOLD on it. Top and bottom! You can’t miss it! This is disgusting. Will not be going back. EVER."
"Did a mobile order for drinks and fries. Took a bit longer due to fresh fries. But I’d rather have fresh fries. We went here for the children to have a place to run off their energy."
