"I recently had the pleasure of spending time at the Starbucks located on PV Mall. The manager, Benjamin Venezia, added a touch of humor to my experience by jokingly suggesting he would start charging me rent due to the amount of time I spend there. His lighthearted approach created a welcoming environment that stood out to me. The staff, particularly Gilbert, contributed to the overall positive atmosphere. Gilbert and the rest of the team were not only friendly but also efficient in serving customers. Their approachable demeanor made each visit enjoyable, and I found myself looking forward to catching up with the familiar faces during my coffee breaks. The blend of great service, humor, and a comfortable ambiance has made this Starbucks location one of my favorites. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming coffee shop experience. Whether you're a regular like me or a first-time visitor, the friendly staff and Benjamin's amusing personality make it a standout destination."

"Went this morning and ordered two venti fraps. The girl made grandes and when the mistake was pointed out she refused to make the correct drink saying she used all the mocha making the small ones. Services is really starting to lack a this location lately!!"

"So they say the reason we pay $5 for a cup of coffee isn't for the coffee but the Starbucks experience. I have traveled around the world and never seen a Starbucks as poorly kept as this one. Not the end of the world dirty but truly not what you expect from Starbucks."

"I went through the drive thru this morning to order my drink, took my first sip and the oatmilk they gave me was definitely spoiled it unfortunately caused me to throw up! I understand things happen, sometimes milk separates but this was definitely rotten and not drinkable. When I went in to let them know they served me spoiled milk and probably other customers as well, they were not apologetic or CONCERNED at all about it! I was very nice to the girl when I told her what happened (blonde hair) the girl looked at me as if I was lying. They did however remake a new drink but it took forever. went in at 10:07 and didn’t get my remade drink until 10:22! Another 15 minutes of my time I had to waste just for them to fix my drink! And it wasn’t even busy at this time. Never even said sorry about how long I had to wait or the rotten milk! Please make sure you don’t serve your customers spoiled milk and when a customer comes into warn you of the mistake YOUR employees made, an apology would have been nice and maybe quicker service especially for those who already waited in the long drive thru line just to get a messed up drink!!! And that’s why I’m writing this review which I normally wouldn’t even bother! But I’m currently upset about their lack of concern and customer service! Really disappointed!"

"With 20 min to spare before starting work, I thought I grab me a hot mocha. We’ll 20 min later I finally got a hot milk with mocha sauce and no time to have them remake it. Understaffed for sure, they skip inside orders to make the drive thru drinks.."
