"I ordered a venti iced passion tea lemonade and watched the barista fill more than a third of my cup with water not lemonade and when I asked if she added lemonade she lied and said yes. Very disappointing!"
"I asked for a hot matcha latte w/oatmilk and a pumpkin loaf. I never complain if it’s busy but there was no one in line, I got to my car and my matcha wasn’t matcha and my loaf was super cold. It’s upsetting when you want to enjoy your drink and it’s wrong. :-("
