"I ordered a venti iced passion tea lemonade and watched the barista fill more than a third of my cup with water not lemonade and when I asked if she added lemonade she lied and said yes. Very disappointing!"
"I asked for a hot matcha latte w/oatmilk and a pumpkin loaf. I never complain if it’s busy but there was no one in line, I got to my car and my matcha wasn’t matcha and my loaf was super cold. It’s upsetting when you want to enjoy your drink and it’s wrong. :-("
"Very rude Barista, drove 15 minutes to get there cause i know they have mocha. Got there lights are off but a guy was there so i asked if they’re serving did not even looked at me said yes with attitude. Do better next time who ever you are ✌️"
"Ryon is the best barista ever!!! I have never seen anyone in any Starbucks so fast (I mean FAST)!! At the same time of "flying" making coffee he still interacts with customers and has time to smile while keeping track of everything. My husband was a Starbucks manager and he said he would hire Ryon in one minute!"
