"I like Starbucks, but not enough to buy my drink anymore! $9.06 for the drink of my choice. Wow! Last time I stop at any Starbucks."

"For whatever reason, they gave me my drink but decided to hold my lemon loaf cake captive for 15 minutes while they served other customers. When I finally got their attention, I didn’t even get to ask my question before they immediately just handed me the pastry that had been sitting there on the back counter… like… I was not rude whatsoever and have worked at Starbucks before and so I get it and try to be as kind as possible so I’m just very confused as to why I was treated like that."

"While are the employees here are often very friendly, I have decided I will not make another purchase at this Starbucks in-store location again. I often have a bad coffee drink made here, but today was ridiculous. Venti iced coffee with a splash of soy milk. The coffee had a floral almost plastic-like flavor. Perhaps it was not brewed correctly. Very tired of paying close to five dollars for something so simple that has not been made correctly."

"Hands down best baristas of any Starbucks we've been to. My wife and I go on morning walks with our baby, and this store is close enough that we wind up stopping by at least a few days a week. Lynn and Kenzie in particular have just been incredible from the start: always so nice to us when we come in, remembered us after our first visit, are so easy and enjoyable to talk to, and make by FAR the best drinks of any Starbucks my wife and I have tried (which is a long list). There's also another barista we've just started seeing more often who absolutely deserves a shoutout for those things as well, but I want to make sure I've got her name right before I post lol--so will update with that later on. I'd highly recommend the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, and my wife usually goes for the Peach Green Tea Lemonade, but honestly everything those ladies have made for us has been stellar--head and shoulders above any of their other stores. They can sometimes have a line, but it's understandable because the drinks are delicious and I've only seen at most 2 girls running the whole operation (and often only 1, which looks extremely challenging). And the fact that they're as great as they are and don't even currently accept tips speaks volumes about their work ethic. If you're in the area and looking for really top notch coffee and good people, this is a little unexpected hidden gem that I'm glad we found."
