"Christy had a major attitude taking our order. Her tone of voice sounded as if she hates her job. I asked for a frozen coffee with cream and she says “but it’s made with milk!”. And??? I don’t want milk, I want cream. And when we asked her to make a frozen matcha drink she said she couldn’t do it. Then when we got to the window, we asked her employee (Sally) why they can’t make the matcha frozen like on the menu and Christy YELLED and said “I SAID NO IM NOT DOING IT!” She was so rude, unprofessional and tacky not just to me but also her fellow workers. I couldn’t believe she screamed at Sally like that. She needs to be fired because this isn’t the job for her. I attached a picture of Christy (circled) in the background. Sally is the only reason I didnt ask for a refund."
"This location has upbeat and positive employees all hours of the day. Whether you come at the time of opening or 45 min before closing the atmosphere and customer service is the same. They're all on top of the recipes and drink requested. Food wise be prepared to wait if asking for egg bites or anything specifically heated and they may have you pull forward. Not a large deal at all for me. However if you are in a rush I would opt for donuts or cold food that is already ready to go"
"My normal morning Dunkin location is closed. This one is the next closest to my office, so I figured I'd give them a shot. Ordered ahead through the App. Drive thru line was long and the lady at the speaker seemed a little annoyed. My coffee was hot and tasted good. However my donut seemed to be missing a sizable chunk and wasn't visually appealing."
"This location is convenient and easy to get in and out of. The doughnuts are fresh and tasty (for doughnut lovers). There is not as much variety of flavors as there has been in years past. My biggest complaint about this location is the customer service. When I stopped in, I was the only customer in the store. There were three employees behind the counter. They were chatting and focused on other things. They did not acknowledge me and I stood there for over 5 minutes until someone finally waited on me. I was obviously on my way to work (my uniform) and would have appreciated prompt, friendly service. Not sure I’ll return."
