"Always had issues in the drive thru. But this time around a gentleman whom took his professionalism to help and assist me on my order. JC, seems to be more courteous than the other staffing."

"Nobody waited on us. Everything was through a kiosk. When we did try to talk to anyone they walked away from us and were very rude to another customer. The manager and two other employees yelled at the other customer when she wanted to get her money back because they had ruined her order. And they wouldn't even take my ticket to complete my order. This was the worst experience that I have ever had at any fast food restaurant."

"The lady (Manager) and another gentleman working the register were SO RUDE!! I came to grab a bite but really had to use the bathroom. I was quickly talked down to and was told I had to buy something to use the bathroom! I was planning on buying a whole meal for me and my family but instead I bought a cookie to use the bathroom! Never again! These people are horrible at their easy jobs!!"

"The manager and one of the employees were arguing with customers about coffee. The customers complained about waiting so long for just coffee and the manager in a condensing voice, " it's brewing, and it will be fine when it's done." When the customer asked for a refund instead, the manager replied," When I'm done doing what I'm doing, I get to you. I'm too busy to mess with you all right now." Really rude to customers and in a very sketchy part of the hood."

"Went to McDonald’s to use my code for buy a double cheese burger at full pricing, get the second one for .29 cents! I approached the second window after placing my order. Used apple pay to make the payment. Upon looking at receipt, I noticed the order was submitted for a McDouble and I was not receiving a second burger for .29 cents! My name is at the top of my receipt & i noticed the issue immediately. The began to question the guy at the window and he did not care at all. I asked him how we could fix the problem and he said he did not know. I asked him if he could go find out. He stormed off with an attitude. I was then approached by Esmeralda who could not understand what I was saying because she spoke no English at all! The then threw the bag with the McDouble at me & waved her hands for me to keep moving forward. I refused. She began yelling in the back and sweeping but I did know wat she was saying because it was in Spanish. I asked to speak to Her again while showing her my deal that was redeemed and my receipt, she then went to the back, make me a double cheese burger, and put that in to another bag and gave me that and waved her hands for me to move. I was left with a double cheese burger that I ordered and a McDouble. The customer service was HORRIBLE! My order was incorrect, I was treated like a begging child rather than a valued human being! I took one bite out of the burger and could not finish it. I had lost my appetite."
