"The deep dish pies are fine and the prices used to be pretty decent, but the customer service is absolutely atrocious! We’ve never encountered a decent or nice person when picking up our order. Most recently we called in an order and paid the same price as usual only to be handed a pizza that was HALF the previous size - the girl a behind the counter simply shrugged and said that the prices may have changed. What!? It’s literally like the Twilight Zone with these people. Keep it up and watch the Free Market decide your business fate. You’ve lost a customer for life. And, I have no doubt that many more will “quietly quit” your business as well."
