"I am so happy that my husband and I found this doughnut shop. We go there 3 to 5 times a week now. It doesn't matter what time of day or night you go, their doughnuts are always fresh. If you want a great tasting fresh doughnut you have to go by and try these. You won't be disappointed."

"This pains me to say because I love Bosa. But recently, something is very wrong with the cappuccino machine. I think they are putting too much mix or not enough water because recently, ever single cappuccino we’ve ordered has been thick, syrupy, and undrinkable. Like the consistency of mud. They never used to be like that. Please fix your machine! Otherwise no complaints and the regular coffee and donuts are bomb and it’s convenient being open late!"

"There is zero music playing (this was at both locations I've been to now,) , the tables at n. Central were all closed off, sorry paying customers , we can not use the restrooms here. Aside from the graffiti on the outside trash can/ cigarette tray, there is only the original decor for personality unless you want to count the RUDE, stuffy counter girl ... Who couldn't be bothered with my order for a blended drink to actually make it blended ... Then when I was so sourly disappointed by the tiger milk tea and the 4$+ tax it cost me i ask for an exchange- she refuses (saying i took 3 drinks too much of it.) Frankly, I don't get to get coffee out more than twice a month, so for her to refuse to exchange the undrinkable beverage for a simple coffee. .. Definitely not going to that location for awhile, even will caution my friends!"

"Donut were stale but I went at 2am so I wasn’t surprised. Good place if you want something quick. The Taro tea was really good. Nice place to sit and chat with friends. Big lobby and outside seating. Customer service wasn’t friendly but also wasn’t rude. Seems like they just want things to be quick which is understandable. They also have a drive through."
