"When ordering from the restaurant's website, there was nothing indicating this was inside another restuarant. As a result, I ended up wandering Desert Ridge shopping center for 15+ minutes trying to find where I'd ordered and paid for my food. Once I found Tikka Shack, there was no willingness to deal with the fact that my food was already cold, only a statement that this happens all the time, they are helpless, and the owner refuses to do anything to solve the problem. One item (saag dip) was missing from my order once I got home, but it wasn't worth going back given how blah everything else was (cold fries, miniscule amount of chicken on the pizza). I'd simply avoid ordering here. It's too bad, because I like Tikka Shack for other items, but the owner doesn't do good business."
