"I don't usually eat fast food but when I do, it's 90% Chick Fil A. I ordered my food via the mobile app making it easy and convenient to drive thru and scan the QR code when I arrive. Today I received a handwritten note with my food from "Aiden". If the objective was to make the customer smile, it definitely made my day."

"It’s the little things! After a long morning working we were ready for food and some WATER! When I ordered the water the young lady taking my order in the drive thru noticed that a tiny cup for water wasn’t going to do it, so she kindly asked if I would like a large cup of water. YES! These are the little things that make a big difference. It may have cost the restaurant a a few cents, but it made a big impression ans difference in my customer experience. Thank you!! (This is such a simple change and should be an instant offer at any restaurant. Please Take note all other restaurants. )"

"Stopped in tonight to celebrate a family event. Ashlyn helped us out and she was freaking amazing! I threw at her about a hundred different things as we were buying food, adding fries, adding drinks and shakes. She was in training, but she handled it like a seasoned pro! I legit might just have to stop in there and give her my business card and see if she would be interested in a clerical position! It just so happens I have an opening!"

"A great Chick-fil-A location that's finally closer to home. Have gone a few times now and it's been delicious each time, and they've been great at correcting any issues that popped up. Since it's so new, they're still finding their groove as a team and in the coming months, it'll be an even better experience. Highly recommend. Just go inside instead of waiting in the drive-thru line."
