"We had a midnight craving and decided to stop by. The line wasn't the greatest but well worth the wait. We were pleased with the service that Micheal provided. I believe he was the only person working the window and never let the chaos overcome him. So much energy and attentiveness. It was nice to see someone with great work ethics, especially after 2020, and the decline in customer service."

"Any time I've come here I get wrong orders. This time the order wasn't given to me but someone else, had to ask for the second part of my order. And finally made the mistake of not checking like I do every time, missing sauces and a burger I paid for. How does every order I place get missing items? Recommend a different location as this place does it constantly"

"I got off work (night shift) took my older kids to school. I stopped in to buy my family members a egg mcmuffin. I ordered 4 of them, and a sausage patty for my dog. When I got up to the window the total was off, so I asked about it and come to find out the manager (female) only ordered me 1 sandwich. I explained that I'm missing food, and was told to go back through the line and reorder. I was a little offended so I figured not to go back and left. I went ahead and gave my 3 year old son the sandwich, and figured I'll just cook at home. My son then tells me that his egg was yucky, which is odd because he loves eggs. I check it out and there was eggshells in his egg. Never returning again, this facility needs better management and better cooks."

"Omg this McDonald's has gotten worse in the past couple months. Between the food looking skimpier but pricey to the poor customer service I just don't think I will be eating there any longer. Last night was just the worst. It took an actual 4 minutes for the drive thru worker to take my order, arrived at the window and waited for another 5 minutes while at least 6 cars behind me. I pulled up to the next window to see 3 employees watching something on their phone and laughing. So in order to get their attention I honked. That's when it got worse. If looks could kill I would definitely be dead right now. Finally I received my order for it to be wrong and cold. Believe me if my grandson wasn't excited about his happy meal I would have just requested a refund and left at this point. They made me pull up and wait another 9 minutes for my order to finally get done and she came out and handed it to me practically dropping it in my hand with attitude and walked off like It was my fault they screwed my order up and she actually had to work... ugh last time I will ever go to this location."

"I might as well have ordered a small fry if I was going to get skimped. The workers act like it comes out of their pockets... It comes out of ours so I don’t understand why we’re not getting what we paid for.. this location just keeps getting worse and management does nothing about it.. ridiculous."
