Starbucks

"I ordered strawberry acai today at the drive thru. When I got my drink it did not have strawberries. I asked the lady at the window why my drink doesn’t have strawberries. Ahe seemed surprised and asked me if I wanted strawberries in it. I said of course. So she took my drink back and came back with strawberries in it. I asked her if strawberry acai always has strawberries and she said yes. I asked why mine didn’t have it. She said that it’s probably because they ran out. Then why did she come back with strawberries in my drink? She straight faced made up a story or she blatantly lied?"

"This Starbucks store is a good place to drink coffee and work!!! They have a nice seating area, rest rooms and of course the food. The patio seating is nice especially in winter times."

"I really wanted to like the chicken maple biscuit but it fell short. The sandwich was all one note...soft and2 no real flavor"

"I came in placed order for 3 drinks. The front says 20 mins but instead I wait over 35 mins. They allowed 5 people ahead of me and then when I asked them the eta and addressed how they let others in front of me, the manager pulls me to the side proceeds to be VERY rude and sarcastic. (They made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted in their establishment. So if you’re African American, be aware!!!! (Only African there ant the time ) Then she goes to co workers laughing as if my time isn’t precious just like others. Manager looked me up and down and behavior was horrible. I would never go back!!!! So thanks to a bad experience in the chandler area."
