"No working outlets. Don't come here. The only reason why people who sitting there and buy your drink is because they need study or work at your store for couples of hours. Ridiculously, if you afraid of transpassings coming, call the police. Don't torture your customer. Place a sign on your main entrance door shows no working outlets. Dont let others customer waste their money to buy your drink and find there is no working outlets."

"Disappointed that this Starbucks does not have working outlets for those that need to work or anyone using them in general. When I brought my concern to staff attention I was informed they intentionally turn the outlets off because of the population in the area. That seems like a discriminatory practice to deter certain people from coming to the store.. they definitely need to do better. I will not be returning."

"The only reason I drove out of my way to stop at Starbucks instead of the countless craft coffee places in the area is because every Starbucks I go to has working outlets that all me to work on homework outside of my home. I just moved to the area and am extremely disappointed that this Starbucks does not have working outlets! It’s literally the only thing that sets them apart. Most craft coffee shops have much better coffee, Starbucks has been my go to for a long time because they were student friendly! Disappointed!"

"I love getting my iced mocha‘s from Starbucks. This is the first time I’ve been to this location and it’s pretty cool is Big inside Nelson tables the service was fast and they were kind and friendly. My orders were right so that’s a big plus."

"My wife ordered a mobile order ahead of time. I couldn’t even pull into the drive thru lane as the line was backed up down the street going in the opposite direction I was approaching. I wiggled into the parking lot and went inside to get my wife’s drink. She had asked me to get her a cup ice water. After grabbing my wife’s latte, I stood there at the pick up area for no more then 5 seconds with a look of “I need something else” and one of the baristas asked if I needed anything. I thought with a long drive thru line and about 20 other mobile orders sitting on the counter that no one would have time or the care to get me a free water. Well they got it for me and very quickly at that. Keep up the great service!"
