"Not only is this the BEST location for getting in and out in a hurry, but the staff is the friendliest, funniest and caring people I have encountered at any location! They always make sure say hi to Olive & ask if she can have a “Pup-Cup,” this visit! It’s a pleasure to hear, “Have a great day!” in a tone that doesn’t sound fake, over the top, or forced! Thanks guys!!!"

"Everyone at this location looks and acts like they hate their lives.... I work in the same parking lot and am in there 3 or 4 times per week. I order for pick up and it USED to be when you walked in they greeted you and smiled. Acted like they were at least a willing participant in the coffee making process. No more. Now they do not acknowledge you they leave all your stuff on the counter for you to grab yourself. Oh and if you have the gall to ask for an iced water theyact as if you just insulted their favorite grandparent. I don't even bother more because it makes me THAT uncomfortable when they act like I'm inconveniencing them. I just found out Dutch Bros is nearby so I guess I'll just be going there from now on. No amount of convenience is worth the anxiety of having to deal with their attitude."

"I've been coming here for over 2 years now and NEVER had a problem. Every time I come (inside/drive-thru) always so super clean and fast service. Staff is always kind and helpful. Highly recommend a medicine bomb tea if you're sick."
