"This worker girl was being so rude, 2 times I went their and she was being rude. she rushed us well we tired to order “anything else” i was asking my brother and she interrupted “anything else”, we asked for a venti and she gave us a grande bc she was too lazy to make it, then she makes the coffee half way filled. Never going there again she was very rude. and she seemed as if she hated her job, you should always want to feel comfortable going to ur Starbucks near your community but never again."

"There's an older lady with a "manager" title that has BAD customer service and literally yells at her employees right in front of customers. If I want to customize my starbucks drink I should without telling me no! I AM PAYING FOR THE DRINK! She wasn't having a good day!! Never Again With Her!!!!!!"

"The two old ladies in there need to find not so complicated jobs. They messed up my drink 2 times and they couldn't figure out how to give me a refund. My order: blended coffee frap, hwc instead of milk and SUGAR FREE vanilla syrup (keto friendly) The lady that took my order had no idea what she was doing and asked me to repeat my order 6 times. Still messed it up. She put in a blended iced coffee which made a block of ice in the middle of my watery coffee with no syrup I went back and asked the other lady to help me. She made it correct but refused to use sugar free syrup for some reason. I asked for a refund and they looked at me like I was crazy so now I have to get my money back through corporate. Go to the Starbucks across the street! You won't regret it!"

"Never will I step foot into this Starbucks or another Safeway again. The manager, Courtney, was extremely rude over $.53 and then the next day, continues to act unprofessional by pointing me out to another customer (a large man I did not know) as I was walking out of the store with my purchase... Now I am a young, single woman who works at a highrisk company in the area and do not appreciate being pointed out to ANYONE I do not know and especially to old creepy men just because "this manager" felt she had something to prove. Never again."
