"I am so upset this morning. I usually go to this location but today my brown sugar shaken espresso tasted horrible. I went back to ask them to remake it and after the second time it still tasted bad. While i was waiting for my remake i heard another customer complain about the same thing so knew it wasn't me just being extra."
