"Major Update: definitely looking so much better although service is a bit slow. I like the clean look and feel. I love that it says ‘Chandler runs on Dunkin’ also a lot of donut choices this time and they didn’t run out :) My favorite donut place has a giant sink hole in the parking lot! It’s been like that for over a year and they still haven’t fixed it! I find that really odd. The dine-in is completely closed up and the door is always locked so the only option is drive thru and it’s so hard to order donuts for kids when they can’t see them! Most of the time they are out of strawberry, vanilla and chocolate donuts my kids want so I drive away empty handed. I will start going to the Gilbert one on Chandler Hts and Higley, they seem bigger and probably have more options."

"Well of course the donuts are spot on. However, it's a bit disappointing that we didn't get called when our drink order was place on the counter around the corner. When I went up to get extra napkins after some time with a little concern, I noticed that what looked like our order was sitting there. I asked and the staff had no clue. They asked, is this what you ordered? ..... Not a very happy customer today"

"Here's the deal. I don't write reviews because I want free stuff and I'm very patient before I feel it necessary to write a negative review. But if you are somebody that likes your morning coffee in a very particular manner this just simply isn't the location for you. The first picture shown below was taken this morning at this location. Every morning before work I order a large cold brew with 1 cream, 1 sugar, and 2 pumpkin(Basic B I know). But I order it like that for 2 reasons. One, I like the taste of the coffee And two, like many other people a ton of coffee Creamer doesn't sit very well.. Every morning that I stop by the location near my home my order comes out screwed up. Always having way more creamer then I ask for. So much so, creamer is all I taste and it awful. Now you'll notice a second picture of a different cup of coffee. No.. I did not ask for them to remake my coffee. What I decided to do was stop by a different location near my work in North Scottsdale and order the exact same thing. Notice there 2 major differences between the 2 pictures.. The color difference is night and day. The original cup has so much Creamer it's virtually white. While the 2nd cup is much more brown in color from the coffee. And you should be able to easily notice the other major difference.. The location that knows what they're doing actually writes on the cup exactly what I want that way it ensures the person making the order gets it right to first time! If anyone in North Scottdale sees this, go to store 348404 off of raintree and the 101. They know what they are doing. Anyone in the south Chandler area.. Avoid store 349739 off McQueen and Riggs like the plague. I'm done going there."
