"I have been ordering from these guys for 20 years now. Each time they are prompt and friendly and the food is hot and delicious. The one time I had a little issue, they were on it and fixed it with a brand-new pizza and free one for my next order. These guys are on it, and they aim to please!"
"In the roughly 3 years of ordering from here, I've only had 2 mistakes (tonight being 1 of them), and they've been EXTREMELY quick to correct the mistake & get me a new pizza (with a 2 liter soda as an apology). I've offered both times to give the initial pizza back but they've been very gracious & friendly regarding each situation. I've been consistently pleased with this location & and its delivery drivers!"
"If the pizza isn't pretty or even decent they won't fix it . Make sure you order perfectly, but they are understaffed and super busy sometimes. Still they make the effort to show a sense of urgency"
"100% DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! I had placed an order, and had the driver call me to confirm my address (I live in an apartment), which i did so then 10 minutes later my order is cancelled?! I call the place and they only offer excuses like, i didn't answer my phone (a lie). So i check my bank account to confirm the full refund and these people steal the $5 tip i left!!! (I ordered online)! Horrible, and lazy workers."
