"I've been going here for years and recommending this specific location to friends and family. The employees are honest and do great work. I came in several years ago because my tire pressure light kept coming on for one specific tire. I was convinced I needed a new tire. Thankfully employees were honest and didn't take advantage of me and let me know my tires were fine it was the tire pressure sensor that was off and recommended I get a manual gauge. I have always appreciated the honesty and integrity over making a sale or more money. They really could have agreed with me and sold me new tires and I would have never known better."

"Quick and easy. Appt at 1:15 and they were super busy. Car finally got in about 1:30/1:40 and was completed at 1:56pm. Complete tire rotation & each tire balanced. Personnel checked my wipers on check-in and said I really needed new wiper blades. Thankfully, they ck for things like that because I fully meant to get new ones as I'm on a road trip in a few weeks and where I'm going I'm sure it will rain buckets full. Great service. "I have been a loyal customer for years and never had an experience this bad before. On Monday we had an appointment for a tire repair. The entire purpose of the visit and was selected as the reason for appointment. We visibly had a nail in our tire. So we go, everything seems to go well. They tell us something is wrong with our lug nuts as well so we pay to replace them. They told us everything is fixed and good to go. Well imagine our surprise when after work we realize our tire is flat again. We look and the same exact nail is still in the tire! Now it's chewed through a chunk of the tread. We take it to a different discount and they say in the notes for the appointment they only changed the lugs and that's all. I am extremely angry about this. There's absolutely no way they didn't see the nail when they supposedly "inspected" the tire. It's wildly dangerous to be driving on this. We drive 30 miles per trip to work. 60 miles a day. Since Monday. My trust is quite broken with the experience. Not only about the nail but also the lug nuts. Were they just trying to get us to spend money or what? Because a nail of this size should absolutely not have been missed especially since we SHOWED the worker who checked us in. Clearly they didn't even look at the tire. I truly cannot describe just how angry and disappointed I am over this."

"Been a loyal customer here, got all 4 of my tires here. I always appreciate the free tire pressure check from discount tire, I think that is an amazing service this company provides for everyone! When my TPMS light is on, the first thing that comes to my mind is discount tire. I usually go to whichever location is convenient to me at that moment. At this location in chandler, everyone waited patiently in line for the free tire pressures check. I myself waited an hour for it and the car behind me waited 45mins. To access the tire pressure check line, you enter from West Chandler blvd. However, some people will try to cut in line and enter from North Pennington dr. This one lady tried to squeezed in front of me to cut in line and I wouldn't let her, everyone in the line was honking at her. This action caught the employees attention and they came to talk to the lady who tried to cut in line. After 15mins of negotiations with this lady, the employee invited her to the front and gave her the special treatment and gave her the pressure check first ahead of everyone that was patiently waited in line. I couldn't stand this kind of behavior of the wrong doing. So I stepped out of my car and walked to the front and explained that this lady cannot be treated like a VIP when she just cut in front of everyone else. At the end, after my long explanation, they finally turned this lady away and sent her back to the end of the line. Thank you for doing the right thing at the end."
