"Ordered 3 hot fudge sundays an a milk shake. There was something terribly wrong with the hot fudge. It tasted like some kind of chemical. We had to throw out. We had trouble driving thru the drive thru due to numerous homeless people hanging out there. Would recommend going to another McDonald's."

"I went through the drive thru and was given the wrong sandwich. When I went back to report it, I was told I had taken too many bites of the sandwich (3) and asked 4 times "what is it that you wanted"? (the sandwich I paid for). I spoke to the manager who just kept saying "well we remade it" and didn't respond to a complaint of the professionalism of her staff. She just pointed to a number I could call. I left a VM at that number and no one called me back."

"I live 2 mins down the road from this location. Went through the drive thru. Ordered a happy meal. French vanilla iced coffee and a caramel frappe. One of the employees was busy on his phone while there’s a line of customers. Got my happy meal and ice coffee. Was told to pull forward by the manager Ruby and she would bring out my caramel frappe. 40 mins later I’m reversing in the drive thru to the window because they never brought it out. By this time was kids happy meal was cold and the ice was melted in my ice coffee. Very dissatisfied."

"Horrible location, after waiting in the drive through 15 minutes to get my daughter breakfast, was informed rudely by a worker they were closed. But that wasn't true, a worker was spraying the drive -thru down when I first arrived and I confirmed with him they were open. He went inside and told them there were customers waiting, he came back out and said it would just be a couple minutes more, I waited another 10 min and said "hello" into the speaker and was rudely told to leave. So I did. They definitely could of handled that differently it was 5:10 in the morning."
