"This particular shop doesn't seem to care about your order that's why I don't usually go to this one I ordered a dark roast coffee with cream 5 pumps of hazelnut 5 pumps of liquid sugar and whipped cream? What did I get a black dark roast coffee with nothing in it I've been a Starbucks customer for over 20 years and I've never seen such incompetent service definitely not even close to the Starbucks standard. Wow do better or this place will close there are other Starbucks that get it right all the time. I had to go back and make them give me exactly what I ordered and no one greeted me when I came in I had to speak first about the coffee situation it was as if I didn't exist??? Not good won't be back I'll be contacting corporate about this store it's needed!"
"This place was as dead as a doornail, except for staff when I walked in. The music was blaring 'wokeness' and the 'Americano' coffee was highly overpriced. The prompt for a tip a bit to much- "In your face!" Considering they didn't even want CUSTOMERS to use the restroom! ( Exactly HOW is Starbucks preventing HEPATITIS?) Moreover- I'm sure stock investors are also sad to see there were no profits this Xmas, for MULTIPLE REASONS..... Employees were quick to make the coffee though, I have to admit..."
"The vibe is off. It's feels a bit empty and the art installation should be suitable for sitting but it only looks that way. Still a great place and really great female staff."
"I ordered and stood to the side to wait for my drink.10 min later I see the only person behind the counter standing there just texting on his phone. I went over and asked for a refund. He asked if I had ordered. I said yes, the girl didn't give me a receipt but I had a Vento vanilla beam, he asked how I wanted it. I said " I want it as a refund " he went to the register and said " oh, you ordered 10 min.ago" I can make it. I said make the register refund my card since I stood here for 10 min without my order even being put in. I will drive to another location or go into Frys for my Starbucks"
