"I ordered the #4 Double Western Bacon combo. I didn’t get the waffle fry’s as requested. And when I bit into the burger I nearly cracked my teeth on the burnt onion ring. Please have some consideration! Younger male working drive through at 6:00pm. Please get rid of him!"

"The Happy Valley location has some of the best service I've ever received. One of the employees, Georgianna, has the most positive attitude to go along with her alluring charm. Best Carl's Jr on the Northside. Good management by Joel as well."

"Me and most of my family come here often as it's one of the closest places where we can get a particular style of burger. The service has never been "good" per se but has been tolerable up until recently. The staff are often visibly struggling (even when the store and drive through are mostly empty) and very clearly don't know what to do, which suggests a lack of training on management's part. Orders are slow to come out and are often missing components and the staff often struggle to communicate clearly (i.e. mumbling and slurring their words) with guests, especially in the drive through. Several times staff have been visibly irritated or rude to us for seemingly no reason. I try to be patient with food service workers because I know how stressful it is but I see no good reason to glare at or be short with a customer who has done nothing rude to you in turn. Very disappointing overall."

"Wow. Went here at 6pm tonight. The lady at the drive thru asked me to back up and come forward again. I was confused and asked why? She asked me to back up again. I asked why again? She told me to reset her timer. I refused. So she told me to either back up or go park in the front. I went to park up front and when she eventually brought me my food, she all but shoved it at me… I asked for sauce and she told me she put ranch in there (I didn’t ask for that) as she quickly walked away. I looked when I got home. One single ranch for an order of three people. Also my sandwich was wrong. REALLY MAD. She was so disrespectful and RUDE. Here’s picture proof and supposedly her name!"

"Had a friend get me that new jalapeno burger. It was very tasty, with a ton of fries. Lots of jalapenos on it. Prices are a bit steep but I guess most restaurants have had to raise their prices. I'll be back though."
