"I ordered my food at 8:30pm. I noticed after i ordered, that the estimated wait time was 119 min to 220 minutes. I was like wow thats a long wait time but maybe it will come sooner. It did not i did not receive my order until close to 10 pm. The driver marked delivered when i didnt receive it. I will take responsibility i did not update my phone number and the driver tried to call me. I am rating it 2 stars because the guy was polite on the phone and sent the driver back to my apartment. But… i am rating it 2 stars because it was extremely cold. Order at your own risk."

"Received my pizza and breadsticks completely raw. Called the store, and the manager said he couldn't do a redo order since he only had one delivery driver. Which doesn't make sense when it was delivered by Doordash instead. He said he'd give me a quality guarantee for my next order. I said no, just send me a refund. But he said that since he already issued the quality guarantee to my account, he can't refund the order. So why not redo my order, especially if you are still open for 4 more hours. He was too lazy to redo the order."

"I order from this place all the time and it takes one time for you to get a horrible experience for me to be doing this. I called to ask them what can be done about my pizza that got delivered to me and they said oh we’ll have our driver come pick it up and then bring you a new one. I said is that all that you can dowhat you want to refund the lady on the phone with the attitude I told her you don’t have to be rude and she hung up on me. My boyfriend then called and talk to a A gentleman there and was told that we are going to be removed from the delivery list and if we want to have to come and pick it up and got hung up on as well. This all could’ve been solved if they had better customer service."
