Einstein Bros. Bagels 2080 West Northern Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85021

"I went this morning to get 1/2 docent of bagels with plain shmear. And get I got home and was about to get my bagel ready and when I opened the cream cheese it was already open and you can see the fingers marks all over the shmear. It was disgusting! I drove back to the place, told and show them what happened. And they reimbursed the money for the shmear, so I asked the clerk , what about the cream cheese and she said I either exchange or reimburse me. I bought another one. But for me it was not right that I have yo drive back and forward for something they were not careful about it. They should at least give free for the inconvenience. I guess, I won't be visiting this place much. And if you get to go please check your order. Very dissapointed!!!!"

"I struggled between okish and bad review since I get a bagel and a coffee at least 2x a week. But the drive thru takes AT LEAST 20-30 min be prepared before if you want to stop on your way to work that it takes 30 min to make a bagel and coffee. The workers are kind and seem to do what they can but seem short staffed. The food and drinks are great though some of the best coffee ive had. Edit: I have tried the mobile app but you can’t make any custom changes and then when you do get in line it will still take 30 min because the car infringe of you will take that long. Going inside is a joke if you want to wait even longer."

"Customer service was really bad, the person that was getting my order seemed annoyed, I asked if I could get cheddar jalapeño bagels and he said they didn't have any, even though I was looking right at them in the back. Not a lot variety like the other locations. Also bagels were sliced terribly!! Lattes aren't good at all, it felt like I was just drinking regular coffee out the pot. Breakfast sandwiches were good, it's a good breakfast choice but terrible bagel and coffee service!"

"Went through the drive through for some breakfast sandwiches and I should've ordered more as I stayed wanting more. I had the TX brisket egg sandwich and my wife had the all nighter. She ordered a cold caramel coffee as well, which was perfect according to her. Will definitely pay them another visit soon."

"Bagels were pretty good despite coming in before closing. Service was quick and staff was friendly. Kinda wish they had more variety of bagels but that's to be expected when arriving before closing time. This location has good parking and dining. Overall pretty solid shop."
