"I came to eat here for the first time and was really impressed. The food was amazing. My meal came with a pastry and I was blown away with how delicious it was. The service was really good. I loved coming here."

"I was not very impressed with this place. Walking in the front door the place had a very old feel it was like I stepped back into the 1970s. They had a very limited bar so not much in the way of good drinks. The place had a strange smell to it. And when I and my date went into the bathrooms the sewer smell was overwhelming in there. The bathrooms were clean but man did they smell really bad. My girlfriend mentioned it to them and they said yeah everybody in this area has to deal with that. Well we've been to many other places in that area and they didn't have that kind of smell. The food was really mediocre. Probably will not be going back to this place. The staff was helpful"

"I ate here for the first time the other day and the place was super busy. I was immediately greeted by a woman named Michelyn who sat me at a table and informed us she would be our server. What a breath of fresh air she was! So attentive and quick! I was impressed by how many people she was able to tend to at the same time without missing a beat. You guys have a real gem with her. Your food was delicious but I would come back just for Michelyn's outstanding service even if your food wasn't good!"

"Mimi's is a favorite of my wife's parents. They are visiting the area and were surprised to see a Mimi's as many have closed in their state. I have eaten at a couple different Mimi's locations in my home state of Colorado and found them good, but Loveland and Aurora locations have closed. The sad state of this Desert Ridge Mimi's tells the story. Staff were attentive and friendly, and the food was good. But the restaurant was a dark, dusty mess, and the bathrooms disgusting. Management is poor if the restaurant is not clean. This Mimi's will be gone soon too given the state of management and lack of attention to cleanliness. Sad, tired, and out-dated is the only way to describe the state of a once great chain."

"We had a wonderful experience at the Desert Ridge Mimi's on Jan. 15, 2024. We needed a convenient rendezvous spot for our friends and family to meet after my father's burial ceremony at the National Cemetery. About a month prior, I contacted the manager, Steven Benham, and asked if they could accommodate our group of around 20 people for brunch on that day. Steven said, "Absolutely we can, and we have a big, private room for your party, and it will be ready for you." I was very grateful for his hospitality, and this was the perfect solution for my family's need that day. No deposit was required, and they were ready for us as promised. Our server, Myra, was fantastic, friendly and efficient, easily and swiftly taking care of our party of 16, all at a huge table for 20. The quality of the food was excellent, and everyone in our party enjoyed the generous portions, as well as the boundless variety of choices available on the menu. I can't thank all of your staff enough for your kindness and for spreading some good cheer upon our family on an otherwise solemn and difficult occasion."
