"I will never bring my car here for service, and here's why. (1) Warranty service was scheduled and time was confirmed by the dealership. When we arrived, they didn't have all the parts. (2) We scheduled another appointment and when we arrived, the service advisor said it would take two weeks for service to be completed and although they have a loaner car program, they had no loaner cars to provide us. (3) A third appointment was made and when we were called for confirmation, the service advisor said it would only take four days for the service. When we asked if he was sure about the four days, he said "Yes, I'm sure. I don't know why the other advisor sad two weeks." Furthermore, they would not coordinate a loaner car availability with the warranty service appointment. (4) We contacted another local Ford dealership, they ordered the necessary parts, we brought our car in and had it back in a day and a half. It's clear to me that AutoNation Ford knows little to nothing about service of the Mustang Mach E automobiles."

"Wow! Had to come to Scottsdale, AZ to get my F-150 serviced. I tried in Tucson and Green Valley, AZ. You had to book one month out. I travel a lot of miles and maintenance is a top priority with my F-150. I used Auto Nation Ford many years ago. They still had my info and it was very easy to set an appointment. Thank goodness!!! The service was excellent. I would highly recommend. They also have shuttle service if needed. It seems Auto Nation Ford has it together."

"Always a great experience with this service department. Though, due to lack of space in their current shop, their turn around times can be a bit slow. With the plans to build an all new dealership, I do expect to see some improvement in that regard. My Service Advisory, Chris Austin was professional and always kept me up to date with the progress of my truck. Having a good, competent and honest service department/service advisor is pretty important to me and I definitely have not been let down by AutoNation Ford in North Scottsdale."

"AutoNation Ford Scottsdale service department was very efficient, very communicative, and priced very fairly. I had significant service performed on my car, and they communicated to me immediately when parts were unavailable and there was going to be a delay. I really appreciate the communication from the service technicians and the staff on ongoing issues and things that needed to be resolved. I was also provided photographs of the service in progress to let me know what was being handled at that time. Going above and beyond was very appreciated. My vehicle was returned to me very clean and running and driving like a new car. I very highly recommend the service department and furthermore the sales department when I bought the car there many years ago an excellent crew. Thank you."
