"It was free snow day, so I can give them a little linger to get me my order. But every time I come in here, it takes forever. Why does it take so long to make show cones? The guy taking our order seemed mad and did not have good customer service."

"The staff are knowledgeable and friendly at this location! Oh my wow, the Acai bowl is AMAZING!!! I am saddened. They changed the bow and it seems smaller. Additionally it is hard to open, making a mess every time I order one. Please bring back the circle bowls."

"Had a problem before but the manager was awesome about reaching out & resolving my issue. So I am giving 5 stars because the snow is soft & great. The flavors are very good. They have sugar free options as well. It's so much to choose from. It's clean inside & out. Great place all year round for their treats. Even have snow for people of have pets. Sour blue raspberry is my favorite. You can put icecream in bottom. They have slushies, coffee icecream drinks & so much more. My kids love when I add sour gummy worms & other candy to it."

"My first time trying Bahama Buck's. I got an avalanche sized lemon shaved ice. ( $6.99) I absolutely loved it! The ice was piled high and they put a cute little umbrella and spoon in the top of the drink. It did not take that long to wait in the drive up. I would recommend this place to friends and family even though the prices are a bit steep."
