"When my car wouldn’t start and we couldn’t figure out what it was, that was wrong with it, one of my neighbors, suggested it may be the fuel pump. I called these guys and told them what was going on and he said that it sounded like antitheft device. And it clicked. I told him that the previous night I had a new key made for the car so I came back here and grabbed the new key and the car started right up. Give them a call if you need advice and parts."

"Horrible!!! Called to ask for a part for a dodge ram. Jack was very rude to me and rushed me off the phone. I wasn't rude. I was polite and and even used yes sir/no sir. I don't know if it is because I am a female and know what the hell I am doing or what. I would look somewhere else. Oh and I guess since I left a 1 star review I have a low IQ! I Drove all the way from Avondale just to be sold the wrong piece and not be given a refund. Business is a straight scam. After reading Google reviews, it seems like all colored customers of jacks have bad encounters. Clearly, Jack is racist"
