"I always order my coffee ahead via the app & never had a problem. I hope the poor staff others mention may have all been replaced, as I haven't had a problem at the drive thru & have regularly been greeted with a smile. Only went inside a few times to pickup my order and haven't had any issues inside either."

"The employees here are THE most rude and disrespectful staff I've came across in a LOOONG time. We go to dunkin multiple times a week but never experienced the staff like on Sunday Feb 4th. The lady at the window refused to help me with my order and when the manager came he said "I don't know" and gave me a price for something I didn't want. I canceled the whole order. The staff here that day have no place working in customer service. Ultimately drove to a different location and they had no problem getting it right and ended up being $5 less."

"I found 2 different hairs in my order both where baked into the donuts. Like how can a place be up to code if 2 types of hair are in donuts. I did a online order so I won't be doing that again and I don't feel like anything was tasting well enough for the price. Was really hoping to enjoy them since i have not had them in over 10 years but I guess disappoint is what I was left with."

"Went to try new holiday drinks. This location isn't as good as others I go to. Drive thru is always packed and moves super slow. I also got the avocado toast. Hard as a rock almost couldn't eat it. It's also expensive for what you get and time wanted to get it."
