"I honestly love McDonald’s personally but the service is bad at this location. I’ve order there a few times and every time I have a problem with the person taking the order, the supervisors and manager. They make it difficult to fix the order(the order they messed up and try to add an order for the whole crew such as waters or a burger) They never give me my receipt I have to ask. When I ask they make it seem like it’s a problem to ask for the information(receipt) that is mine because it is my order."
"This McDonald's surprises me everyday. I placed an order for a caramel frappe and they said it was already given out but a worker named Sylvia Segura really helped me out and brought it out to me with no problem. She was very nice and even gave me a strawberry pie for my inconvenience"
