"So mad at the umpteenth time showing up there and the lobby is closed. Let me say it started as the lobby being closed cause of "short staffed" then it being closed from like 12:30pm to 4:30pm why? No clue, they say its cause of the students. Plus they took all seating outside away. To make it unsatisfactory is that this store is by like 4 sets of apartments plus the H.S and 9 times out of 10 the lobby is closed. I don't own a car so as always I'm disappointed and the staff really don't seem to care. I'm about to just give up on this store and call it a loss. Very sad and disappointed."
"I never have problems with this Starbucks besides minor mistakes. But Friday 2/8 around 6:40 AM I had my drink ready and I told the worker I had ordered a venti not a grande. He had a little bit of an attitude saying “This is not our mistake because the screen said grande” that is not professional at all. You do not tell your customers “that’s not our mistake” whether it is or not you don’t. All he had to do was tell me I can refund it and pay the 22cents extra. I had told him “sir it kinda is your fault since I SAID venti” There was a little tension there. I talked to the cashier and told her I ordered a venti & she apologized (..as the man should’ve) she apologized and said she had forgotten to click venti (the drink automatically starts as a grande until changed). She was very polite about her minor mistake and let me keep the grande as well. That’s how you handle a mistake in your store. Once my oder was ready he said something, not sure what, but it sound like a smart comment. I said what was that? Politely not knowing what he said. And he ignored me. I asked again a few more time getting ignored again. He knew I was talking to him because we made eye contact when I was talking. Very rude. Not professional at all. He was Mexican or a darker skin tone then light, kinda short, black hair, for what i remember."
"If the app says you can pick up in the store you should have the dang lobby open. We placed a mobile order to pick up on the way to work this morning and since the lobby was "closed" for no good reason, and whoever is in charge didn't update that on the app, we had to choose to either wait in a giant drive through line foe cold food and be late for work (which is the entire point of offering mobile pickup) or forfeit the cost of coffee and breakfast. I get that things happen and sometimes the lobby might have to be closed, but it's the stores responsibility to customers to disable mobile ordering when that happens. Very irritating."
