"My double big didn’t come with anything just meat and buns.. disappointing."

"We went through drive thur, we had to wait for our food, it took them 21 minutes to get me my full order. I was upset and went inside, only the young man taking out the order acknowledged me, everyone else avoid me. No one apologized for the long wait. The Manager Linda Morales was no help & only apologized after the fact. Food is good but customer service is the worst here. We will not be coming back."

"They just opened. But like most fast food joints they take care of drive thru first. If you go inside you need to ask for help. Why? Because the computer will not let you do certain specific things. Me for example ...I want my food made fresh. So when I get to my destination it's hot or at least warm. It's was clean inside tho."

"This is the worst McDonald’s ever, I made an order at 7:58 by 8:50 I asked for a refund. I don’t know what the hell they were doing, if they can’t keep up with the orders they definitely shouldn’t even have an online order option at this location, because that was absolutely ridiculous, I literally waited there watching my number move up the list to just disappear completely after it said now serving. I’m not the only one who waited that long there were a tons of people ahead of me who waited an hour but at least they got there food , I didn’t even want to give them the option to try and make it because I might have been there another 40 min. That is absolutely ridiculous that we even had to wait that long for “FAST FOOD” I get it you’re busy but if you know your busy nights maybe schedule more staff?"

They seemed disinterested in resolving the situation or providing any form of apology for the error. As a customer, I expect accuracy and attention to detail when placing an order, particularly at a well-known establishment like McDonald's. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of those expectations, leaving me dissatisfied and questioning the quality of service provided. I hope that this feedback can serve as an opportunity for improvement. Ensuring order accuracy and addressing customer concerns promptly and empathetically are essential aspects of providing a positive dining experience. I sincerely hope that steps will be taken to rectify these issues, as McDonald's has the potential to deliver a much higher standard of service.
