"When you see a dirty room…. You can imagine just how disgusting the kitchen is. I mentioned this to an affiliated person who told me if I saw the kitchen you would never eat there again. Won’t be going back. Do better, clean your establishment."

"I just have to say, no matter what the food tastes like (which it is great) as long as you have service like we did from KIERSTEN… the experience is completely amazing. Kiersten is an absolute asset to a business such as this and I know that the owners must be very grateful that she is there 6 days week representing them. She works with pride and joy and is determined to make her guests that sit down not only in her section but in the entire establishment, feel like they are welcomed and appreciated. "I really wanted to like this place but… The service was incredibly slow. Ordered a drink and it took about 15 min to get to the table. The street tacos were so small and charged $18 for three, the same price as the fajitas! The food was not the greatest. We had a gift card with $70, bill was 58.65 - the server came back with a gift card for $10??? She said they no longer had those gift cards and this was what o was getting back. Wow. So I lost money? I won’t be back. I love Abuelas and was hoping this place would be up to par."

"The food and service were excellent. Love the chips and salsa. The only thing I didn't like was that the margaritas needed just a little more tequila. I'm not a drinker, but on vacation, I like good margaritas and can tell right away if it's made correctly. And unfortunately, this was lacking."

"Definitely a great Mexican food place and it's really close by. When we walked in, we got seated right away and the service was really quick. The salsa was good but needed a little extra spice, the habanero salsa definitely made up for that when mixed with the regular salsa. The roasted and stuffed poblano peppers are awesome. They are full of rice, beans and cheese. They are extremely good, flavorful and very filling. Also, the prices are good and the portions are big. But it's even better during lunch time if you get the lunch specials."
