"This visit I was very disappointed .I have visited and recommended this place since the late 70s.and I was never disappointed until now. 1. Being customer since the 70s I was surprised to see their pricing, core and refund policies posted , but yet the policies were not followed.2 I purchased a Used battery for $40.00 I was told it couldn't be returned or replaced but the top of the battery states you have a18month warranty. I need a top post with the positive post on the right and negative post on the left. I was given the opposite. So starred to walk out when asked about the core she said oh yes bring it in I brought it and received no credit for it towards the purchase. Their posted policies stated they purchase them for $7.00 3. When paid for the battery I was charged $44. 00 plus. A LOT HAS CHANGED SINCE THEN hope they will go back to please the customer with honesty and trust."
