"I called before I came in and they told me I could get a stereo for 260-270. When I got there. They proceeded to tell me that they lied and they’re all more expensive. Didn’t explain the charges to me. So I didn’t know I was paying an extra 50$. And didn’t want to negotiate or give deals or discounts. All around I just felt like It was a bad experience. Stereo works great though."

"I took my car yesterday morning for a diagnostic on my stereo screen because it wasn’t working . The guy told me that I have to replace the whole screen because it was bad . Saying they will charge $180.00 dollars to install the new screen, so I went to the dealership I was about to spend $1320.00 for a piece that I don’t need. Suddenly out of nowhere I got a friend phone call so I explained to him about the issue that I’m having so he told me to take it to his mechanic shop and they just find out there was only two wires tho ones were broken they just fix the connection s and now it is working by the way they charge me $95.00 to look a it"
