"Order thru Uber Eats missing items, problem being is there was only 2 items on the order. Order date 12/21/23 8:55pm order ID # AACKGLXZ9QBC. Called the store and spoke directly to store manager Johnny (that’s who he claimed to be). For a store manager he was no help automatically blamed it on the driver. Wasn’t looking for blame was wanting a resolution to the situation which he didn’t offer. What he did do was lost a customer for any future orders. I will go through Uber Eats for refund plus leave negative review for service."

"Edit: DQ responded with a robotic message lol they will not hold the employee accountable. I will not give them another chance if I see her there. You should have seen how rude she was when I approached nicely and I did not know the dining room was closed until she screamed at my face with all her spit. Went in to pick up an order and this white girl with short brown hair locked the door in front of me and screamed we are closed you can go in the drive through. Very rudely. Then rolled her eyes and walked off. I didn’t mind the drive through but at least be nice about it?"

"This is a good location to go to. I ordered in the drive thru. There was no wait and the customer service was good. I ordered the S'mores Blizzard. It was delicious. It is only available during the summer so be sure to get yours today. I gave this location four stars because they did not fill the ice cream to the top of the cup. I recommend this location."
