"Threw away my second tire, which was in good condition. I bought 2 back-end tires I needed the left rear tire. I drove over a large screw and it ruined my tire. I bought two tires, it made sense to me. I wanted to keep the right tire yo have as a spare. Instead of the donut theater came with my SUV."

"My dad called first then took my car for an oil change. He dropped it off and waiting until closing because no one would answer the phone and when he went to pick it up they had not gotten to my car and now said we needed an appointment. Worst all day experience ever!"

"I had a horrible experience. Big O Tires replaced 4 tires. They did not put back on my original oem lug nuts. They also did not put my center caps on properly. As a result the center caps came off as I was riding on the highway. I went back to Big O Tires to resolve the issue. They refuse to accept responsibility. I will never go back."

"I had a 12 pm appt, at 1:35 my truck is still sitting where i parked it for them. While I was waiting in the front this happened in the back, an employee back into my truck, took off my passenger side mirror and put a dent in my door. I did get a new mirror by close of busness but still waiting to hear back on the body shop referral for the dent."

"I like that they offer coupons. I was quoted 90 min. for an oil change but it actually 140 min. I would recommend getting someone to pick you up and then bringing you back when it's done. They also gave me a free inspection on multiple systems. Good price for synthetic oil change."
