He was awesome throughout the whole process, answered all my questions, and gave me good recommendations. I sincerely appreciated the level of professionalism and service that he gave. Having roadside service is not something that one looks forward to, but Tyler made it as pleasant as it can be."

"I had a battery test replacement request submitted to AAA as my vehicle wouldn't start. I was told by the tech Jordan that his machine he used to test my battery was telling him something was draining my battery. I'm under warranty for the battery and he told me he couldn't replace my battery because of his machine. I also wasted $19.99 for him to clean the battery terminals which was a waste of time. This kid advised me to take my truck someplace to get it charged. I didn't get a resolution from this kid. I called again on Sunday hoping to get someone else to check my battery. This kid had the audacity to call me and tell me that even if someone else comes out they will tell me the same thing. I called AAA on Monday to get my truck towed to a AAA repair shop. AAA knew that my battery needed to be replaced and the information I received from Jordan was absolutely incorrect. I now know to make sure I'm dealing with actual AAA employees, not contractors for AAA. I wasted almost 3 days waiting for a resolution that could have been taken care of on Saturday. This was the worst experience I've ever had with AAA and I have contacted them as well."

"Pretty great service ! It was a last minute service. i just so happened to have a shift in the phoenix area, so after work, i decided to visit my nana. Found out that my nanas car battery needed to be replaced and she didn’t have anyone to grab it. i know nothing about batteries or how to replace one, so i put my AAA membership to use and had them come out. this company came out and they did really good ! It was around 7pm but that did not stop the tech from having the best attitude ever. The tech’s name was Pablo! Not only was he cute, but he actually was super nice and helpful with the entire process. he explained why the battery probably died and he broke down the cost too! And he actually held a conversation, considering the fact that it was not only dark outside but kind of hot. 10/10 tech and 10/10 service ! Thank you!"
