"I'm over this location! How in the world do you mess up on a salad!? My fav is the Thai salad. I just left there with a Thai salad WRAP!? End up throwing it out. It was drenched in thai dressing, it burned my lips! My daughter said my lips were really red, especially in the corners of my mouth. The last salad had spinach instead of lettuce, then the time before that they forgot the wonton chips and chicken :/"

"I just had a horrible experience at this location. 40 minutes waiting for 2 drinks. Horrible customer service. When I asked one of the girls for my order because I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes her response was everybody has been waiting. So you need to wait. Then her coworker turned around and said if you want your order you need to stop talking to us. If not it’s gonna take longer. very disrespectful Also, this young lady uniform is some very short, shorts something that you would wear for yoga I could see her low butt area that’s how short her shorts were. not professional at all. And even after this, this young lady proceeded to do an order who came after me and put mine to the side. So I still waited 10 to 15 minutes more. Just a horrible experience lack of respect and customer service never again would visit this location."

"I’ve given this location many chances but each time they always mess up at least one thing in my order and I have to go have it remade or refunded, especially with pickup/delivery orders. They seem lazy and unprofessional at this location. I ordered one last time today and when I received it I was at work so I called to let them know it was wrong and I would need a remake or refund. I called over 5 times, no answer. I left 2 voicemails, no follow up. The smoothie tasted like grass and lime and the wrap wasn’t prepared right, it tasted sour and looked very messy. I’ve ordered this many times before so I know what it is supposed to taste and look like when made correctly. I went to the store to have it remade and G was very rude as well as the lady working with her at 845pm 10/17/23. I watched her remake my smoothie, she purposely played on her phone to make me wait longer while my smoothie was sitting in the blender done blending and I watched her realize that she didn’t make enough smoothie when she poured it in the cup. Instead of adding more fruit she added more ice which made it taste very watered down. I requested a refund after that and G was rude and un-empathetic when refunding me for the smoothie, she didn’t even use the receipt I showed her to refund me she just put the smoothie order in and refunded that (in cash instead of the card I paid with) which caused the refund amount to be inaccurate. I left and will not be going to this location again."

"This location opened up at Westgate which I’m happy because I would drive 15 min near my house to go to the nearest location (Avondale location) I had a smoothie which is the way I always liked it! The reason I give it 4 star is because westgate is a very busy location which you’re gonna need staff scheduled appropriately. I had to wait 20 minutes for a simple wrap. Absolutely ridiculous considering it wasn’t busy at all. I believe there was only two people working but This is a good location overall."

"Giving a star less, have ordered new mango sauce flatbread and customize it by removing non veg stuff and keeping only base spinach and tomato, however it was pickup Togo order so didn’t check over there but found that they didn’t added tomatoes at all. Was only filled with spinach. Happened with both of my order. Manager, please take a look in this incident."
