"Lopers had my truck for 3 months and each time I called they said they are working on it and would call me to let me know what was wrong with it. I drove down from Prescott just to check on my truck. My truck was not even touched!! Still in the same spot it was towed to!!! I asked the guy with the yarn in his hair whats going on and again I was told "we will get to it today and ket you know" so i told him I would be back at 4:00. Came back truck was still sitting in the same spot i asked the guy with yarn hair "what happened do i just need to get it towed back to Prescott" he replied with "we didn't get to it do what you want"So if you want your time wasted and original parts removed from your vehicle this is the spot for you! 0 STARS!!!"
