"Poor service, took 1 1/2 hrs for regular oil change, didn't tell me what was going on and why it took so long. The woman was very curt and unhelpful--she said that there were too many screws to take off and then did not apply my Veteran's discount because I didn't ask for it and she couldn't read my hat!! Won't be returning to this location in Anthem, AZ ever again!!! Also said that Corporate wouldn't let her do a refund for the Veteran's discount so we were out of luck!! UGH!! Don't disrespect a Veteran--you need to thank them for YOUR FREEDOM!!"

"Unfortunately, after getting my oil changed here, a couple days later on the freeway, my spill plate fell off halfway while driving causing it to drag metal. I pulled to the side of the highway and I called grease monkey, the manager insisted that they had done the oil change correctly, that everything was double checked, and blamed it on my 2022 Honda. After my daughter and I were on the side of the freeway, we were able to make it to a nearby dealership driving 25 miles an hour with the plate dragging, Honda properly secured the spill plate, and told me that grease monkey had not completed my oil change correctly when reinstalling my spill plate wrong."

"Went there first thing this morning, only customer. Walked in, guy working there was sitting on the chairs in the waiting room. Told him my vehicle, he was checking if he had a filter. I told him I had my own, as the car is not super common. He told me he could deduct $3 because I had my own filter. He continued to tell me the oil capacity. Most of these places have a basic price anywhere between $50-80 for synthetic, for 5 quarts, anything over that, costs more. My capacity was 8.5 quarts and I had 5 quarts of my own, I just don't want to be nickeled and dimed. He told me he either had to use all my oil, or all of his, no mixing, $144.00. Thank you.... have a good day. I'm sure I can find I better value elsewhere. No, I'm not interested in filling out a survey."
