"I spent 10 minutes today in this store trying to find grommets. The first guy I asked looked and me and said "I DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT IS' and then turned away. (no help there). The other two people didn't seem to know what grommets were either. One said, try aisle 6 (could't find any). No one was willing to help. I know it's hard to find good help now but these people were disinterested and sluggish. I predict that this store will be out of business soon. (another customer in there with me agreed as we walked out the door). If I were the franchise owner of this store I'd be mad as hell. Very poor customer service. There was an older 'parts driver' in the store who helped me more than any clerk."
