"So I bought these spiked lug nuts for my car that I have been eyeing for a while. They looked pretty cool and I asked if I could assemble them on my car outside. So I left my ID with them and they gave me a tool to take the existing ones off and replace them, unfortunately it was the wrong size tool and I went back in to ask if they could help me use the right size. Keep in mind there was like 6 people working in there mostly standing around so I really didn’t think it was going to be a big deal and they weren’t busy or anything. It was basically impossible to get anyone to help me assemble these and when I told them they gave me the wrong size for the lug nut he said that they wouldn’t be able to give me the right size and that I needed to purchase a $30 tool. I was confused because they already had my ID and let me use a wrench and he said some size tools are available to use and others aren’t? I didn’t have the extra $30 for this special tool that I was only going to use once so I left after getting my ID back. They shouldn’t sell upgrades or additional stuff if they aren’t available to help me assemble it. 90% of my reviews are 5 star reviews, and I’m not one to complain, but it was just a weird exchange and I felt stupid for spending $50 on all these special items."

"Guy closes over 10 minutes early and won't let me in or buy anything. I see him counting the register already. Like what the hell man. I knew what I needed it was gonna be quick and I was gonna spend over $100 so it's decent money. Came all the way here just for someone to screw me over with their laziness. FAIL"

"Needed wipers! Two employees (I already forget their names). The kind gentleman with the teeth braces and the sweet young lady with the dark brown hair with a bun! They are both so helpful and kind! They patiently helped me find my wipers and installed them! My the good Lord Bless them!"

"The people weren't helpful, they had zero knowledge of where anything was or what it was. Also other than the young lady that was working they took their sweet time. What should have been maybe a 15 minute stop turned into almost an hour and I got over charged for what I needed. Either the website was wrong or the store either way it was bogus. AutoZone used to be one of the best places to go don't know what happened..."
