"The service was great but highly.suggest going early on a Saturday as it gets busy fast and the wait time can be a few hours. They only had one type of tire for my car which was ok because it was what I wanted. They had snacks for waiting and there are shops around that are in walking distance."

"Took my 2006 silverado for much needed tires got a great deal buy 3 get 1 on some cooper tires they offer me a free alignment check which helped keep the cost down my only complaint is nobody knew how to drive a stick shift and I wasn't able to get the technician do road test I basically did that myself all in all a good experience also they switched out the spare tire for me at no additional cost."

"I’ve been here about three times. The first and second time was ok ish. But this morning I had an appointment for 10am to get my car looked at. Just looked at. I came in at 9am an hour before I had scheduled. They took my car in and had me wait. I waited for two hours for them to tell me everything that was wrong with my car. After sitting there for two hours I asked if they’d be able to fix everything today. They said it’d be a few more hours and I said ok thinking it’d be about 1-2. Boy was I wrong. I was there for 5 more hours. People came in 3 hours after me and had their vehicles out way before I did. In total I stayed for over 7 1/2 hours. I walked to McDonald’s and came back because I didn’t have a vehicle or someone to pick me up. And after the whole time waiting and sitting there my total came out to $2k. They had lowered it for me because I didn’t HAVE to get specific things done right now. But when I get home I look at each thing that I was charged for and I was charged $900 for labor???? I’m not sure if that’s a normal price but I feel like they based it off of the time I was there. I’m not sure if I want to come back. Today was VERY long."

"Though this is a 5 star review i would love to point out that my tires i purchased here were adequate enough to run a good 20k mile circuit tread life provides sufficient enough durability and even after 20k circuit they still have the power and drive you once gave em, you could even put all 4 tires and never rotate em, but go back for the rotations cause they will gladly rotate if you bought them there thats, when you get the sales team stress Free . have a 3 year alignment warranty and a set of 4 tires I purchased from here a year and a half ago. I had talked with the manager months before he said he would give me a one time alignment before voiding it If I changed some parts. So I go in and I let them know up front that, rear suspension sub frame bushings, were just swapped out, cause i did them myself . So I ask if they can do an alignment before voiding my warranty. I still was never handed a warranty receipt so for all i know the warranty is still in place and what if i try to go and get an alignment again? The sales rep runs to get me the manager, I ask the manager, he says no. And states that if it had been less parts that I replaced he would have done it. This leads me to believe others get this treatment, yet mines not honored because I replaced to many parts apparently. He states he has a good alignment package running right now, so I ask what he quoted me was more than my first alignment cost, I figure there prices went up so I decline. I have left Big O feeing ripped off too many times, and I will not be returning here for my service repairs on my vehicle. Not only that I’ve seen them walk through the waiting room with filthy air filters to show costumers, have them gag at it just to make a sale. I feel real cheated considering i heard it from them beforehand that it shouldn’t be a problem. If I had kept it quite instead of mentioning it there’s no way they would of known because it was a direct 1 to 1 replacement rubber bushings. They don’t take before and after pictures. Seriously they would be none the wiser if I wasn't honest about it. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this Big O location due to nature is upheld stress by the sales team here as-well, they wear my attitude with pride that attitude with pride and it doesn’t work well on them in my opinion."

"My girlfriend always has nice things to say about the staff and service, I expected the same things today when I accompanied her. After going in for a simple oil change, and leaving with over $400 of upkeep, the staff was informed that we couldn’t be here later than 1pm and instead of taking some of their services off to accommodate to the schedule, everything was kept in place, they got their money, we got an assurance we would be out on time, and yet we were over an hour late to our school/work respectively. I understand it was a busy day and humans can only work so fast, but the priority for profit was greater than our real needs and expectations, and that’s not sitting right with me at all. At least they hooked it up with an $8 discount :)"
