"Pulled up to get my battery checked because I could tell it was probably ready to be swapped out. The guy asked me to pop my hood and lift it myself, then 'hooked up the tester' and proceeded to hover over the reader and said 'uhh your battery is probably okay and just drive around for a FEW HOURS and then if it's still weird then come back tomorrow and we'll change it for you' .... Meaning he either couldn't get a read or it was bad and didn't want to change it. I then went to the next closest O'reillys and ask them to check and what do you know, they couldn't get a reading on it so they helped me clean it off and then said that the battery was definitely ready to be replaced so I went ahead and had them do it which I was thankful for, but also frustrated that I knew the location on Indian School didn't get a reading and even if they had, weren't willing to install it for me or take the $200+ I spent at the other location plus the $20 i have to the guy who helped install it and let me watch how to. Beware of this location if you need anything other than a cashier!"
