"Ordered in drive thru and got home to basically empty taco shells. There might have been 1/2 a teaspoon of food in the shell. Do not go here unless you just want to have a taco shell."

"This location just opened recently in a nice new grocery store parking lot. We cameos afternoon to an empty drive thru. Service at the speaker was great, but once we went to pick up our food it was practically thrown into the car. Even after I said hello the man working just handed me our drinks with a blank stare. Definitely going to say customer service here needs a revamp. Food was what you except from Taco Bell. Not gourmet, but decent for price."

"I tried to get assistance ordering as they only order on a screen inside the resturant. 2 team members tried to/ helped, but they did not know how to order any better than me. When arriving home the order was wrong, the order was for tacos with no beef, chicken only. We got beef and chicken and were charged incorrectly. Will not return"

"We went through the drive thru & my daughter ordered 4 of the Chicken Quesadillas & they are not cheap. When we got settled at home & she sat down to eat, she noticed that the 1st Quesadilla didn't have any chicken in it. So she the checked the other 3 only to be completely disappointed to find that they didn't have any chicken in them either. I wanted to call to let them know about their mistake but there wasn't a phone number on the receipt. I did a Google search for this location which showed up but didn't have a phone number. So it looks like I'm going to have to go back over there tomorrow to let them know what happened & try to find out what their phone number is. Maybe this location will get better when it's been open for awhile & the workers are more experienced."

Sure not everything will always be Perfect but you can stand assured that the bell will hold up its reputation and being one of the most beloved fast food chains in not only America; but around the world.
