"We arrived at about 430 am and had to wait several minutes before being acknowledged at the drive up. This location stated it is a 24 hour location so we stopped here. Once helped we were advised they were only serving breakfast which was fine, but their entire menu outside was of lunch items only. Luckily we knew what we wanted so we ordered. Service was friendly, but slow. The lot is old and needs some definite repair and clean up. It definitely matches the area. Food was hot and we were on our way."

"There is no one to take our order but they can come help at the kiosk. We sat in the play area with our grandkids and the tables were dirty. My husband ask an employee to clean the table and he handed my husband a stack of napkins. I stood at the counter a good 5 min before I could get someone to get a cleaning rag to come wipe I’d the dried ice cream from the tables. Not acceptable customer service."

"Terrible experience!! There wasn't anyone behind the counter to take your order. One of the workers literally told me to order at the kiosk. I'm old school & prefer to order in person. But my only option was to order with the kiosk. The restrooms were locked. Which is extremely annoying as a parent of a toddler that sometimes needs the restroom with little advanced warning. The restrooms were also extremely dirty. There were no straws for drinks either. The fries were cold. The kids meal toy sucked as well, literally was a memory card matching game. My 3.5 year old was unimpressed. Never coming here again! Maybe the drive-thru would have been better."

"So granted, my experience will definitely not be the typical diner's experience since I intentionally came during a non-busy time (4p on a Tuesday) to dine-in and avoid any mealtime crowds and rushes, but still wanted to share that the bi-lingual staff here were very customer friendly and prompt. All my food came out warm, still glistening from being recently cooked. When I asked the staff for "a lot" of ketchup, they'd put the sauces in a little to-go bag to accommodate me. Overall, mainly impressed with how prompt they got the food to me which let me have it as fresh as possible, while also being not-stingy when I asked for extra sauces. Rare traits I'm sure everyone is aware of with typical mcdonalds runs."
